• We use 1000 denier, Cordura Plus® nylon, one of the most abrasion resistant fabrics available for our bags.

• We use only YKK® zippers with large heavy duty sliders. We use #10, self healing coil zipper on luggage items and #7 on some smaller items.

• Key stress points (carry straps, shoulder strap “D” ring loops, etc) are multiple stitched for durability.

• All main compartment seams are then “bound” with nylon nylon binding tape...more stitches...stronger!

• Heavy duty steel snap hooks on shoulder straps with 2” welded steel “D” rings.

• 2” nylon webbing for carry and shoulder straps. The overnighter uses two 1” carry loops on top.
