Well, here is the warranty philosophy that my Dad
used for over 27 years and has been well accepted. This is pretty complicated so pay attention;
You be fair with me...and I will be fair with you. We are a railroad family and we understand the abuse your bag will see over the years. We live, eat, sleep and breath railroad. We will not leave you stranded without a bag, we will not classify any construction mistake as "normal wear and tear" and we certainly will not leave a fellow railroader without total customer service to stand behind our product!!
